Duncan Jones' Moon is a deliberately off-balance and confusing lunar nightmare in what is a sci-fi chamber piece between a space traveler who has lost his mind (Sam Rockwell) and his wandering friend GERTY. This Disney fantasy lingers in the imagination of cold, straight blue lines and gloomy reds because the character's passion for mankind stems from hungry curiosity rather than sterile analysis.
